We’re on the lookout for a dynamic, hands-on Floor Manager with a strong presence and leadership energy to join our growing team!

✔️ Currently based in Dubai & available for in-person interviews

✔️ Strong character with a proactive “to-do” attitude

✔️ Hands-on leadership style with a positive, energetic approach

✔️ Ability to manage and inspire a large front-of-house team

✔️ Committed, organized, and guest-experience driven

Key responsibilities include:

🔹 Ensuring operational standards and SOPs are consistently followed

🔹 Conducting regular table visits to verify guest satisfaction

🔹 Owning responsibility over assigned areas of the restaurant

🔹 Reporting to and coordinating with the Restaurant Manager on team performance and service updates

🔹 And more – we want someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact!
